Fees: Payment is due in full at the time of booking in order to reserve your portrait sitting time.  Accepted payments include cash, cheque, bank transfer, and debit/credit card via Paypal (no account required to send payments).

Cancellation: A full refund of money, minus a 20% administration fee, will be paid if a client should cancel a booking over 30 days from the date in question. If the cancellation falls within 15 and 30 days prior, a 50% refund of funds paid, minus the administration fee, will apply. No refund will be applied for cancellations within 14 days of an appointment.

Rescheduling: No additional fees will be due if a client should reschedule a booking over 30 days from the date in question. A 20% administration fee will apply to reschedule a date which falls within 30 days.

Copyright and Licensing: Client agrees that copyright, moral rights, and all other intellectual property rights to the Photographs belongs to the Photographer and/or his heirs, licensees or assigns, with full right of lawful disposition as outlined under the terms of the Copyright, Designs, and Patents Act of 1988. Client consents to and authorizes the use and reproduction of the Photographs by the Photographer, or anyone authorized by the Photographer. Client agrees to allow the Photographs to be offered for sale without further consideration and gives unrestricted right and permission to use, re-use, publish, and republish the Photographs without restriction as to changes or reproduction hereof in colour or otherwise, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever. This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.

Colour accuracy: While I do everything in my power to ensure a pleasing colour balance to your images, exact colour matching cannot be obtained unless a Client provides me with one or more fabric samples at the time of the shoot. Without these samples, I will base my adjustments off accepted standards for appropriate skin tones. Any requests to match colour(s) to samples after the images have been processed will be subject to additional charges for digital services.
